Áine Curran - Managing Partner
Áine qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and is a graduate of University College Cork holding a BCL (Hons) degree. She also holds a Diploma in Employment Law from University College Dublin.
Throughout her career Áine has been immersed in employment law, advising both employers and employees at every stage of the employment relationship on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
She regularly guides clients through disciplinary and grievance procedures and has represented clients in employment law disputes including unfair dismissals, constructive dismissals, discrimination claims, redundancy claims, employment injunctions and bullying claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and High Court.
Always taking a sensible and pragmatic approach, Áine has vast experience in negotiating severance terms, drafting and advising on severance agreements in often complex scenarios to include advising senior executives.
Aswell as having expertise in employment law Áine also practices in all aspects of litigation and commercial practice.
Áine is a member of the Law Society Employment and Equality Law Committee and the Employment Law Association of Ireland.
