Annie Egan - SOLICITOR
Annie holds a First Class Honours Degree in Law from Carlow University. She is a Solicitor in the
Conveyancing Department at OMGM. Having practiced for a number of years in the area of private
client conveyancing and probate, Annie moved to a Mid-Tier Commercial Practice and acted for four
of the major Receivers in Ireland together with advising and representing several banking
institutions in the sale and disposal of distressed assets.
She has experience in acting for both commercial and private clients in the sale and purchase of
residential leasing, commercial leasing of properties.
Annie has extensive experience advising accounting practices on behalf of their corporate clients in
respect of Companies Act matters and has represented several companies in the District Court,
advocating on behalf of Directors prosecuted for offences under the Companies Act and acting on
behalf of Companies, Directors, Creditors and Members in Company Restoration applications in the
High Court. Whilst in practice Annie has gained experience regarding review, drafting and
negotiation of commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, data processing agreements, data
protection attachments and other commercial contracts.
